The lost refuge of Piedra de los PajarosA tough, mainly pathless ascent yesterday over Cuna (2292m) to the old cave/refuge at Piedra de los Pajaros (2550m). Then just for a change, we descended rough, pathless mountainside via the forest at Prado Abarca and then back along the dirt track to the cars at Mirador de Cañar. A tough day and the legs are feeling it today.
