Mixed weather over the Sierra Nevada meant we opted for a quiet mid week hike to an old favourite, Pico Lopera in the Sierra de Almijara. A relatively easy circular walk to a superb viewpoint in all directions. Suitable for a half day excursion. Two local dogs decided we were a nice, friendly group and showed us the way to the summit
